try County Line Equipment in Tacoma ((800)622-6202) or Norcan in Spokane ((800)586-3566). They've both been there a long time and have lots of stuff. It's probably going to take some looking.
If you can't get one, and it's just the crank that's bad, depending on what's wrong with it, it might be possible to fix it by grinding it way under and shimming the bearings or even having bearing shells custom made (not that expensive if you find an old shop that does it). The pony motor is a very simple low-stress design and will tolerate quite a lot of "farmer"-style repairs that you'd never do on a modern automobile engine. For example, as I recall, "valve adjustment" on a cat pony motor consists of grinding off the ends of the valve shafts, which run directly on the cams, as the valves wear further down into the block.
