The last time a former Soviet State copied a western vehicle we got the yugo. Do you really want to buy a copied Rover, made by a former Soviet State?
If you want a copy of the Jeep (Rover built their first vehicles on CJ2 chassis) that isn't as good as a Jeep, breaks down often and rattles and goes dead at night, just buy a Rover and get it over with.....= )
