It was a long time ago, and I don't remember how I ended up finding a phone number that actually connected to a real person. They deliberately make it very hard to contact anyone there by phone. I think I called the corporate office and bluffed my way past a few receptionists. I know I talked to a lot of different people and called several different phone numbers before I actually got to somebody that could solve my problem. Once I got them, they were quite helpful.
