Brake help upgrading to a duel master

Ok, I am ready, I've got the chassis painted and I am finnaly putting things back together. I have decided that I am going to go with the duel master cylinder upgrade.
So I went to NAPA this morning and explained what I want to do.
The gentlemen's reply was to "pick a year and go with it." I couldn't pick a year on the spot. I figured I had best do a little more homework first.
So I am looking for a certain year to go with so I will have parts readily available and ease of installation.
I figured why not try to learn from everyones experiance
Any suggestions or insight would be appreciated. I am going back tuesday morning.
