If its been sitting years, I doubt if the usual methods (fan) will work, and esp not the jack rear wheel idea listed below (maybe on an old VW bug). I've had to pry the flywheel, one tooth at a time (put oil in cyls). In your situation, I'd put in fourth gear and have it chain towed Very slowly. Then try the manual methods.
