In the Alaskan Earthquake, a Tsunami was generated that killed several people in Cresent City CA. It seems that the Tsunami Warning was broadcast and hundreds went to the beach to watch it come in.....Darwin Award time?
On a sadder note: many of the videos from the Asia resorts show folks partying as the waves roll in, in the beginning they are laughing and pointing at the water. As the death toll in Asia nears 100,000, it seems that there are none, or very few animal deaths, it seems that being in tune with nature, instead of being in tune with a disco band and a rum drink, have certain advantages...
