Source for 11 x 16 Tubes?

I've been trying to find a local source for 11 x 16 Radial Tubes with a 90 degree bend metal stem to work with combat rims. The Michelin numbers in the "Best of the Forum" post aren't getting me anywhere, and my local tire dealer hasn't either. Anyone know of a place I can get them on the net? If that doesn't go anywhere, how safe is it to be driving around with a 9 x 16 tube in an 11 x 16 radial NATO tire?
