M37 questions

im going to look at a m37 over the holidays,i dont know much at all about these trucks
its supposed to be a 62 model,dont have a winch,did they all come out with a winch?,are parts available for the engine?,how easy to convert to 12 volts?,its supposed to have a hard top,has that been added or factory?,anything else you want to add id like to know
