I received my CD-ROM on operating heavy equipment (see earlier post) purchased on eBay. It is a military manual and looks to be very complete and informative. The item was 2.99 plus 5.01 shipping (which amounted to a 37 cent stamp). Still, for 8 bucks, I'm pleased. -D.
