Here in Pa they just got the motorcycle helmit law repealed a year or so ago. You can't have anybody in the back of a pick up without secured/approved seats,can't be under 12 w/o adult OR be going no more than 5mph (a parade). I use to always ride in the back, a couple of bean bag chairs....
