Lower Engine splash guards!

I have a rolling frame and cab for ffpw and it has some lower sheet metal engine splash guards on it. I do not have them on the other truck. The book I have for my ffpw does not show them. Was this standard equipment on later trucks or were they a option? What years had them? How rare are they? Thanks Fleabag!!
