I think that may be an MM6 gun carriage. They had a 37MM Anti tank gun. (Or anti tailgating device) The drivers side running board does not have the dip for the spare. Can you look at the rear half of the frame and see if thereis heavy reinforcements riveted to the frame? If so that is what you have and it is somewhat rare and you can probably find interest onthe WWII Dodge forum. pretty quickly
