Bad Looking 5 Tons from Veitnam!

While looking on the internet I found 2 copies of the Gun Trucks used from my old 815th Engineer Group in Veitnam. I rode in a gun truck leaving Veitnam maning a 50 Cal. Machine Gun in our convoy on the way home. Never forget that trip! These Gun Trucks were used to protect our convoys and were built by the the soldiers in our company. I was with A Co. 815th Engineers Camp Dillard. They were some of the Baddest Gun Trucks around. These were replicas of the ones used from Veitnam built by Ex Soldiers in the USA. Sure like to have one of my own. Yes that is a Mini Gun mounted in Wild Thing and painting them up was allowed in Nam! Mark H.
