....the first running should be done with ATF to really desolve and loosen deposits and crud, oil alone won't do it, AND that is WAY too long to run the motor initially. In 20 minutes, if there are any bits of sand or clogged oil passages, that engine will be junk! The cylinder walls will be scored and the rings overheated. 5 mins tops, then drain and replace the filter element and do it again for 10 minutes, THEN install the motor oil and run it for 20.
