In my neck of the woods, there's a place called
C.C. Bolt & Thread. I've had them make special
studs before. Maybe there's a similar outfit
near you. If not e-mail me, I'll put you in
touch and perhaps they'll ship. With regard to
price, I recall thinking they were reasonable.
