I was out in Mars Pa. today in a hobby shop called Harrys Hobbies and picked these up, they are made by Solido in France, no scale mentioned look to be around 1/43rd scale,
com. car = 1 1/2" wide x 3" long
6x6 = 1 1/2" wide x 4 1/2" long
they were $14.00 each.
