Can a proper winch be added to a WC-51without destroying frame?

I want to purchase a ww2 3/4 ton weapons carrier
w/ winch (wc-52) but the only ones I have been able to find are the wc-51 without the winch.

Does anyone know, or has succesfully put a proper
PTO winch on a wc-51? I want it to look authentic
once completed, not micky moused....
Do the winch models have extentions added to the wc-51s frame, or is it an entirely different frame
with longer front frame horns???

Can the frame extentions and front bumper from
a civilian PW be used?

Any ideas? Anyone out there have a wc-52 or a wc56 or wc-57 Ccar for sale?
