Today I called Mark Boyce, President of Boyce Equipment and Parts co., and we worked out an agreement. I told him I was sorry for the way things have turned out. He offered to deduct the $150 for the transfer-case and $97 shipping charges off the price of a rebuilt unit. I told him I am selling the Power Wagon and I have already purchased another vehicle. So we decided that refunding me $150 to end the dispute.
I apologize to Owen and Mark, and the staff at Boyce Equipment for any inconvenience they may have encountered over this event. I did not mean to imply that they where scam artists. I am sorry for talking to them when I was upset, that was wrong.
He said he would send me a refund check in a couple of days for $150.00 for the bad transfer-case I received. I am truly sorry for letting this get so blown out of proportion. He said he would make it right with me. That’s all I wanted.
One person can make a difference. And all customers are important.
