They are the engine cut-out governors that mount immediately underneath the carburetor on Chevy 1-1/2 ton 4X4 WW II trucks with an engine that has crankcase ventilation. They are Handy Governor Corp. governors model VE-5-161. G085 was the old group number for the Chevy 1-1/2 ton 4X4 M6 bomb carrier truck, superceded by G505 for the WW II Chvey 1-1/2 ton 4X4 trucks in general.
