Well Harry decided he wanted the PW after all and is having it picked up from the wrecking yard! I guess I eat the money I spent on the lawyer and he eats the money spent on towing and storage fees. Sure would have been cheaper if he just picked it up from me intead a long time ago. Deal is now closed learned a lot about selling a truck, not sure I want to go thru the trouble to sue for the money it cost me to close this matter. Mark H.
