Floor cleaning solution

Have a concrete floor that I sealed with a petroleum based sealent (big mistake !!)
When I have an oil/fuel spill I use Speedy-Dry however that has a residual "dirty" problem all of itself, (when sweeping an actual dirt cloud will linger which settles all over everything giving a dirty appearence to everything).
What would you recommend ??
Years ago we used to use gasoline but the fuel is not as well as refined as in the past ----
