I think any internal lockouts will work. To make it have real manual locking hubs, you will need to replace the 2 piece axle shaft with a one piece one. The lockouts will still work if you don't do this, but you will have to have the lockouts working and have the vacuum engage thingy working also. I suppose you could hook the vacuum engage up so it is always engaged, then the lockouts would work normally. That is the long answer, the short answer is YES.
