Here in Michigan, where Chevy and GMC trucks are built, we have a joke: It goes like this:
"WHat is the difference between a Chevy and a GMC? They actually tighten the bolts on a GMC......."
Since 1973, the only real differences between Chevy and GMC have been badging, minor trim options, and price....Other than that, same truck.
