M37?? Need help

I am not sure what I have found. My GF's dad might be willing to give me this truck. I belive it is a M37. It needs a motor/tranny...other than that, it is about 85% all original. I have been surfing the web trying to find out about these trucks...so far they look awsome. Is there anyone in the Dallas,Texas area that would be willing to come and look at the truck with me so I can figure out what it is? Here are the pics....
