w200 brakes cant get a good pedel

Hello just fitted new brake master cylinder cant get a good pedel.Bleed all the air out but the pedel still hits the floor, what am l doing wrong!.The truck is a1961 sweptline cruwcab ,im also looking for acomplet front grill can any one help me?.please.
