Just guessing, but since the Power Wagon won't be into the showrooms for several more weeks, it normally takes a few months for the parts support to catch up with production demand. In otherwords, those parts won't be in the system until next Spring. When my pop-in-law was sideswiped in his two year old V-10 Ram, it took several months to get the V-10 nameplates. They just weren't available yet since every nameplate was already earmarked for a production model. The assembly lines are running 24/7 at Chrysler, 3 shifts and lots of overtime, so until they get the Mopar Parts line running with excess trim pieces I'd say that the nameplates will be in short supply.
FYI, the V-10 nameplates were in the hundreds of dollars, they are pretty proud of those chrome plated pot-metal (plastic?) pieces....
