I reread your post. You say the lines are dead headed. If your not able to provide a flow to and from the cylinders on your plow set up, then when you operate the plow valve you will go to full presure. The hose may have blown off before the relief valve releived. On My Bombardier when I pull the plow, I have to put a 1" hydraulic hose jumper os the oil can flow it the valve is bumped. Otherwise it can build presure so fast, it can stall the engine. That presure
is not good and its dangerous.
