Combat wheel question.

If you run tubes in a combat wheel how low can you go on the tire pressure ? I thought low pressure in a tube tire caused the side wall to flex and abrade the tube in a short time. ( At least that what I was taught in University ) whats the story here ?

I got em and I want to run em on my Carryall.

Has any body widened these things ?

Does anybody make the inside piece for the Combat wheel ?
