Chris,
The 1939 thru 1947 Dodge light and medium truck line, share the same basic cab as the Power Wagon. Also the 1940 VC and 1941 WC.
As far as I can tell the main difference in the PW is the firewall, floorboard area, and under the seat frame for the transfer case.On the two wheel drive pickup model, the gas filler neck comes through the body just behind the driver's door. The body panel under the doors is slightly different too.
All doors on all models interchange including the 1942-1945 carryalls and ambulance which appear to have vent wings.
My late 1946 WDX has vent wings.
On page 20 and 26 of Don Bunn's PW book those very early PWs don't have vent wings.
If I'm correct, Dodge switched to vent wings in early 1946.
Another guess on yours, someone at sometime changed doors or the inside side window units.
Regards,Mark
