WON 2 EBAY BIDS, SELLER WON'T REPLY?

fmmpar- will nor return or reply to my e-mails asking where to send my money order. This is my 1st bid win and maybe I'm missing something but is it usually this hard to get sellers to reply? It said I had 10 days to pay for items but if he won't retun or answer my e-mails I'm not going to make it. Is that how sellers get out of a deal, by not responding till the time runs out then offer it at a higher price? I really wanted these 2 items ,what can I do or should I be doing?
