I have a NP435 for sale. It has the rare PTO openings on both sides, so you can still run an MU2 winch. It is married to a NP205 transfercase. You would have to run a centered rear diff, but that would gain you a reduction in noise, vibration, wear, etc from the intermediate shaft and 50-year-old transfer case.

I have all the shifters and brackets for it, and even a supporting crossmember that could be modified to mount it in your frame.

$500 and I'll deliver it to Monument for free.
