I've taken my 61 townwagon powerwagon on three road trips since September for a total of 5,000 miles. It enjoys drinking gas and slinging some oil, but never failed to get me there and back. I'll be doing some upgrades this winter and then looking forward to more road time. These are the greatest trucks.
