Just a note to say you went way beyond what was expected of you. If someone buys something from you, you have a reasonable expectation that it be removed from your property expeditiously. You are now actually entitled to sue to recover your storage fees, although I'm sure you won't.

Most people wouldn't have wasted the time and money hiring lawyers, ect.

PS: I'm looking forward to the auction.....
