I had a 360 and a 318 for the M-37. Both were manual tranny versions. The 360 flywheel had a different ring gear tooth count and diameter than the 318 flywheel. I matched up the 360 flywheel with a hydraulic BH. It would fit, no problem, but the starter that would fit a hydraulic BH would not come anywhere near to fitting/engaging into the 360 Flywheel. The fly wheel/ring gear could be changed and the new flywheel drilled to provide proper balance. But I decided to make it easy on myself and stick with the 318. I know from the Bumblebee going that way is Plug and Play. My shrink said "go the easy way" ha ha
