Hi guys,
This is not a flatfender PW post but maybe some sweptline powerwagon folks will see it.
I have a pair of late (67-71) sweptline doors in Tucson, Az. They are from a 67 D-100 from Phoenix. I bought them for my late 65 D-100, thinking that all pie-plate headlight body styles must share everything else, but I was wrong, and I don't have the time or talent to mess with the change in the door socket receiver that went with the 67 door change.
The passenger door is perfect; the driver's door had a small dent in the bottom like somebody kicked it, not like from a collision. There is some surface rust. They have the original paint, that opaque turquoisey green color. They have all the glass and internals but no handles or armrests. The wind wings look really good.
Marital harmony requires that they be gone from my yard ASAP. Win / win situation for me and you if you grab them now.
I thinking a twelve-pack of beer per door would be a fair deal for everyone concerned. Pick the pair up at my house only. I will not ship them or talk about that; I am essentially just finding them a ggod home.
I also have the ignition switch from the same truck, which I bought with the doors, thinking it would be cool to have a one-key truck. I did not get the key but I understand a locksmith can easily make one. Add a six-pack, I would say.
Sweptline unrelated, but I also have an unused, Michelin P 247/75/R16. Was the spare on the 2001 Ram I bought used last summer, so it is probably 2001 or later. Again, I need it gone from the yard ASAP. Sound like another six-pack to me. Win/win etc.
