This is not about your family's military heritage, Mark, for which you should be very proud. It is about a president who lies, and the people who can't hear the truth.
You can support your country, and not support your government.
This a very dark hour for our country, indeed. The election results say so much about the divisions in our society. Bush & Co. have no clear mandate, and their small margin prove it.
I know that you and the others on this otherwise friendly forum don't want to hear any opposing opinion, but 4 years from now, reflect on what I have written. If I'm wrong in 2008, I'll admit it.
