Hi Tim,
The ball nut is the big square sorta thing, with three deep grooves in it, that fits on the main steering shaft. The sector is the cross shaft, with adjustment screw and lock nut, on the side. The steering shaft faces front to back, and sector faces side to side.

Yes, one return guide piece and clamp. Looks to me like there might be 4 balls per each of 2 holes in ball nut?
The caution is to not rotate the ball nut WHILE installing balls in return guides, as this could cause them to enter the crossover passage between the circuits, causing incorrect operation of ball nut.
Be careful of the steering shaft seal when shaft is returned to housing.
