Chelsea and Muncie both make reversable pto's for the NV4500. There is some differences in early /late trans output gear tooth count. The reversable Chelsea is a 352 series available with air,wire, or lever shift. It doesn't look like Chelsea makes a dual output reversable unit but Muncie might.
