Contacted Drivetrain Specialists and to take the rear axel from my 94 2500 RAM and shorten both sides, rebuild the pumpkin with new gears, new bearings, seals and locker is between ~2,500.
To take the front axel from my 94 2500 RAM and shorten the long side, rebuild the pumpkin with new gears, new bearings, seals and locker is between ~3,200.
I also pulled the right rear (short) axel out of the M37 and confirmed it's the broken one. Right at the spine. they would build a new short axel for $350. I'll buy a good used one from VPW for less than half that.
Thanks, Will
