Yes you could narrow it down from the router name but sometimes big ISP's gobble up little home town ISP's and sometimes they reroute the small town wires into their big systems. Then they can do away with the equipment that is in some closet of a building in the little town. My old provider years ago was out of Wichita. They rented a closet at the big dentist place and it was lined with a rack of modems. Everyone in town dialed in and from there it went to Wichita about 50 miles from here.
