a shovel, and showshoes, right? If it snows so much that the PW gets stuck and you have to hike out, the punk kinds that'd like to break your windows won't be able to get anywhere near it either. If the truck seems to be running good, go for it. Make sure the battery's strong and take the usual tools and you should be fine. The first trip with a new rig always has the potential for unexpected failures, but there has to be a first trip and this sounds like an easy one.
