Theres a Mint Hudson Hornet up for auction with a secret reserve of $3000.
Day 4 and the bidding is stalled at $1500 with only 2 or 3 bids that were thrown on day 1. The seller gets 4 of his buddies to throw bids in way under the reserve to get things moving on the auction.

Winning bidder comes in at last minute and wins it for $3500.

Foul? Yes or no?
