Just click and hold your left mouse button at one edge of the URL, and move your mouse over the text to highlight it.
Once it is highlighted, then let go of the left click, get your pointer over the highlighted area, and click the right mouse button once.
A pop up window will appear, and one of the choices that pops up should be "copy". Point your pointer at copy so that text is highlighted, and then click the left mouse button once.
Now the text has been copied.
Then clear all the text out of your browser location window, a good way to do this is to highlight it the same way as you did the other text above, and then hit the backspace key to remove it, another option is to get your curser at the end of the URL text, and then hit backspace until the box is empty.
Now that you have an empty URL window, you can place your pointer in the box, and click the right mouse button again. One of the choices will be paste, move your pointer to highlight the word paste, and click the left mouse button.
Now you should have the new URL in your browser window, and all you have to do to connect to the site listed is hit the Enter key.
You have to make sure that you get the WHOLE URL, so if for some reason the URL wraps to a second line on the page, you need to go back and repeat the above instructions for the part that was on the second line.
This may sound complicated, but it is pretty easy once you get used to it, and should take a couple seconds once you figure it out, Vs a couple minutes for the typing method.
There are also keyboard shortcuts you can use, Ctrl C for copy, and Ctrl V for paste, you would use Ctrl C once you have the text highlighted, and Ctrl V once you have your curser in the empty location box.
These instructions are for Windows users, Mac users without the optional 2 button mouse need to highlight and choose copy from the upper menus, or use the keyboard shortcuts.
I hope this helps someone!
Let me know if you need more explanation.
