Are the front bumpers common to all?

From pictures and some of the parts trucks I have seen, it appears that the WWII WC series 3/4 ton trucks, the post war flat fenders, and the M37s all have a bumper that would interchange. I know the two-piece winch bumper interchanges, but how about the solid, one piece ones ???
