I guess you could say I've been bitten by the Old Dodge Truck Bug. I've been behind a desk for too long, and last year when I decided to get grease back under my fingernails, I went looking for the one truck, my wife, Collette, and I could both agree we liked, the Classic Dodge Power Wagon.

Well I started on e-Bay and then found this site, and after almost buying a truck on e-Bay, I wound up buying one listed on Joe's Photo Classifieds, a wonderful 49 from Dan Shockley.

One wasn't enough though, I love driving the truck so much, that if I start tearing it down and repairing it I'll not have anything to drive. So the cure was to get a second truck. I'd have one to work on and one to drive.

As you can see my second truck is an M37. I'm considering putting a V-8 and modern drive train under it from a donor 1994 2500 Ram.

The M37 is a 53 and has 26,366 miles on it. It’s been in use by a County Highway department since 84 after being released by the government. I've got to go pick it up, so I've only a few pictures. The truck hasn't been run in a couple of years and I'll have my hands full I'm sure.

I'd like to thanks all those here who help answer questions, and provide help. This is a great site and a great bunch of Truck lovers.
