OT Gear ratio choices

Regearing by old Sub and I am trying to decide between 4.10 and 4.56. Looking for smooth cruising on the highway with light towing and light offraod use. I have a 400 sb, 700R4 trans and 37 inch tires.

For offroading, sand and mud are in my area, I'm not sure I know what a rock looks like, so crawl ratio is not super important.
