Flatheads only make about 95. With no variation, I'd say you are mechanically sound, and don't bother with a wet test. Missing under load could be valves (tight or burnt), carb flooding, timing, cracked cap or bad coil( harder to light off full throttle's full cylinder charge).
Your plug color will only indicate condition when engine last shut off- probably idling cold? You have to kill engine at full throttle condition to troubleshoot full throttle conditions.
