I had the Meyers guy recommend the 160 alternator, especially if we use the tilt rams.
Currently, we have an old hydraulic lift. Electric button moves it up, and a lever pull releases it down. Problem is, we have no hydaulic tilts on it, but it can be done by hand.
Now I was thinking about the force of ramming a stump/curb or whatever. Thats all taken up by where the snowplow mounts to the frame, and all the pump frame does is hold the pump up and raise and lower the chain that holds the plow, so really it doesn't take much of a blow. But if you add a diagonal back to the frame it gets in the way of the winch.
We do have a pto and MU-2 winch. Not quite sure how the pto could be hooked up to both the snowplow and winch at the same time.
Where in Nor cal are you?
