Is your 1954 a 1/2 ton 2wd?

That engine number is for a 1951-1953 1/2 ton 2wd Dodge truck, a 1954 1/2 ton 2wd should be a T334.

A 1954 Power Wagon should be a T137.

It is not likly that you are going to find a T306 engine in a 1954 1/2 ton, though it could happen.
