Voltage Question....

Just got a new Signal-Stat turn signal from VPW. I ordered one for my 6-volt flat fender, but the one I recieved has a sticker that says 24-volt. Their invoice says that it came with a 6-volt flasher.

OK, so.... Did they send the incorrect unit or does the 6 volt flasher make it correct? I thought the unit itself was different (6,versus 12, versus 24 volts) but I may be wrong.
